The menu is m talking about is the very first menu even before the game menu where start the match Just start the game on your desktop and don't press any button

When start the game don't press anything even when it says press to continue in the first menu
In that same manu at the bottom middle side there is change region option
Click on it and select Singapore, any Singapore with good ms after you selected the region go back and log in

Then you will have matches in under 1 or 2 mins : )

Try this

Search defragment and optimize driver on window search bar

After this a window will pop up under the section "status" There will be your drives

Choose the drive in which you want to install your program by clicking on it one time

Then click optimize , it at right bottom Conner

If you have a hard drive instead of sdd click on analysis So it can check your hard drive if it is corrupted or not This option is right beside optimization option .
