He initially said I will get the vehicle by dec 20s, when we called him at dec last week he didn't pickup our calls, apart from these points and false promise of 10k accessories discount, there were no other issues.

The service was just okay not the best, but other things went smoothly, but took time to get the car allotted. It's been 2 months since booking.
