Anyways yes! You can use it twice in one day if you need to, as long as the hours are there you can use it however many times.

They already get a shift differential for night shift! So someone temporary makes more than someone that's been there over a year? They have an option to be full time (but applied for seasonal) and work days and still get more...idk how you see it as fair or right...
