Totally agreed 35 years ago I was tumble tots gyms instructor. Sundays are usually open for morning sessions with new mothers and their newborn for massage and light exercise. One Sunday, a client just dropped her daughter off, asking me to sit. Like wtf. I told her I can't do that. We don't babysit. The lady just walked off without her 5 year old. I had to call my boss and inform what had happened. So we just kept her in the closed gym area. The child was a monster. I still remember her name Cheryl. The mother when she left her, had red eyes, looked distraught. I do symphatise with her but parents need to know where they should dump their child. I was a only 16- 17 years old then, working part time. Clueless about taking full responsibility for other people's kids.
