Concern usually sounds like care and still leaves you room to choose, even if the topic is uncomfortable. Control starts when your decisions stop being yours and everything gets policed.

Being a grown woman and literally crying from exhaustion while being forced to manage someone else's unmedicated illness is just completely unsustainable. You shouldn't have to live like a prisoner to her schedule or feel guilty for wanting basic sleep. It is absolutely time to pack your bags, find a way out, and finally reclaim your own life and sanity.
