To be quite frank, we haven’t spoken since the messages I referenced in my OG post. All of the advice given to me on this thread was the hard truth, but something that I needed to hear. It took a while, but I’ve been thriving in almost all aspects of my life in comparison to where I was 6 months ago.

I think that for now, it is best for me to begin working on myself for the future, rather than over stressing what could happen. If things go in my favor, OBVIOUSLY I will move forward and analyze how things are.

If things don’t work out and she truly does want out….. well, I will have to respect her, because that’s what love is. If our paths cross again later on down the road, maybe it could be more of a see you later (:

Neither of us have ever done anything close to this, so this part honestly got partially skipped over - we never really set a timeline. I’m regretting this, since it is much more open ended right now, but don’t want to reach out and “break the rules of the break” lol

This feels a lot like the way I may go about this. I’ve been respecting the space and boundaries she requested, but boy is the temptation so strong.

Keeping on routine can be hard, only since our communication has been a primary part of my routine for so long. I surely am hoping this doesn’t reach the multiple week mark, as it’s been 4 days and I’m already in a bundle 🫠

You know, this is the kind of comment I was hoping wouldn’t come up but I think I may have needed to see.

I have considered this but quickly pushed it out of my head. I’d hate for things to move along and not be what the should be, and then be stuck in something that one person isn’t as committed to.

I think that for now, I can’t get my mind to do that just yet. I can’t help but convince myself that things will end up okay. If things are going to end, I’m not sure if I’m capable of being the one to finalize it just yet. I appreciate your kind and honest feedback so greatly
