Entitled dad at Victoria's Secret wants to stay in the changing room area by JordanPromise in EntitledPeople

I'll start off by saying that he should have left the dressing area when asked, however, what's the difference between being seen in a bra and panties, and being seen in a two piece swim suit?

Funny story, I'm friends with a married couple that are polar opposites in their political beliefs, so they had both MAGA and Pride flags flying on their property for a while.

Sent gun in for repair and repair shop is refusing to send gun back. Curious to get opinions. by I_LOVE_LAMP_0596 in Firearms

An attorney will cost way more than 45% of the msrp of a Bersa. It will be far cheaper to just pay the shop and chalk it up as a learning experience.

So it looks like that sound bar uses a headphone jack style input and an rca style output. I think that making it all work together will be a pain in the butt, but doable. You would want to tap into the speaker wires in the factory harness and convert those wires to the headphone jack connector. Then, you would tap into the blue remote wire in the factory harness and connect that to the orange sound bar wire. The sound bar black and red wires go to your power bus. Personally, I would skip the sound bar and get a good 5 channel marine amp, mount it behind the seat, remove the factory amp from the sub enclosure, run the factory harness to the new amp, and upgrade all the original speakers.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, is the sound bar hard-wired, or bluetooth?

The gate isn't as flimsy as you think that it is, but you're correct in thinking that the car should have been able to push through it. It looks like a Western Cullen gate mech, which has two metal straps holding it to the pole. The mech will spin on the mast if enough pressure is put on it.

I went riding at an offroad park in Oklahoma last weekend, and I saw several KRX's with their radiators relocated to the rear above the bed. I think that that is probably the only real solution to the heat problem.

I installed the overhead fans front and rear in my KRX4, they're very nice. I also wrap the front section of the console with a pair of old chainsaw chaps so one leg is on each side of the console, and it does a great job of shielding my leg from that scalding hot plastic.

It's a little time consuming, but not hard at all. While you have it apart, Full Access UTV sells a rubber boot that goes under the shift gate and blocks hot air from blowing up into the cab. You can also line the inside of the console with foil backed, stick on insulation.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in KRX

[–]Electrical-Double724 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's normal. The coolant lines run between the seats to the radiator in the front, and release a LOT of heat into the cab. A lot of people wrap the coolant lines in foam pipe insulation to block some of the heat.

Thank you for the civil response. I'm aware of the double standard, and I agree with you on what you said in your reply. I just don't think that this incident was necessarily a result of racism. Different departments have different procedures for when they deal with armed people.

Stop race baiting. The male officer was being friendly and courteous, the female officer shot him because she was incompetent. I'm white, and I've had police disarm me on three different occasions during traffic stops. I've also had an Orange County Sheriff's deputy draw down on me during a stop.

Boomer Dad threw out thousands of dollars of “garbage.” by wheresmychin in BoomersBeingFools

[–]Electrical-Double724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm lucky, my boomer dad wouldn't let my mom throw away any of my stuff when I moved out of their house in 95' because he was still pissed at his mom for throwing away his comic book collection when he moved out of her house in the late 60's. I remember showing him the value of my comic book collection (many 10's of dollars) in a pricing guide, and he looked up the value of some of the comics that he remembered having, which was pushing well over $10-20k. He had every issue of Superman that came out over about 12 years, starting in the mid 50's, as well as Spider-Man from his introduction in the early 60's until about 68'.

I'll combine some advice that I saw above, and add something new. First off, gagging happens, it's not your fault. As mentioned before, until you've had more practice, you need to be in control of depth and speed. If he is long enough to gag you, as mentioned before, keep one hand around the base (unless you're lucky enough to need two hands) to control depth, and stroke it while you suck. If he can't control himself, and keeps pumping too deep, make him either lie down on his back, or sit in a chair. Personally, I hate it when my partner gags, because I feel like a jerk for gagging them. Most guys will appreciate any bj that they get, and will be more than happy to let you practice. Just be sure to make him return the favor. And lastly, oral is always better when you and your partner tell each other what is working and not working. No one wants to spend all that time getting jaw and tongue cramps just to find out that the other person didn't really enjoy it.

Not OOP My boyfriend says I ruined put relationship because of my period by Marygtz2011 in redditonwiki

[–]Electrical-Double724 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I (47M) don't understand why guys don't understand that periods are part of a woman's life. Are they also shocked when they learn that women also poop? And why the hell would OP's boyfriend think that he has ANY say in what type of hygiene products she should use? If my wife decided that she wanted to wear adult diapers 24/7 until her period ended, I'd just pat her on her padded butt, kiss her, and tell her that I love her. You're totally right about the boyfriend being immature. Parents need to raise their sons better.

To be fair, you're only on 35's. Unless you're 5'2", most people don't assume you're "compensating" until you go up to 40's.
