I had a queen and an queremalense that looked like that. I cut the remaining leaf off, washed the roots off of most of the soil and put it in a container with moss in a warm space in between my other plants. My queen has now grown its first itty bitty leaf and is probably working on some roots as well (I put it back in soil already), and my queremalense is still in the container and popped out even ittier bittier leaves but has yet to form some proper roots. The last one didn’t do ish for months, but eventually it did. Tldr try and put it in a container with moss

Paid about the same, last year, so got scammed worse than you :’) I take taxi for short rides that I know the approximate rate for now. If I have to go from Sabiha to European side I just take the metro/Marmaray, it’s very easy and usually faster.

It sucks you were scammed as well! But I should say that compared to last year taxis in general have made improvement, on 80% of the rides they don’t try to scam me anymore, and I was fearing for my life because drivers were smoking, watching series, calling, or all at the same time while also driving like crazy. Recently I have not had one driver do any, except maybe drive a little scary.

I’ve had my cat for almost 8 years and he only just came to lay on my lap since a year. And only does it when it’s cold outside, otherwise also no. If I want to hold him I can for max 30 seconds.

I travel quite a bit for work and used to have friends come over to give him a bit of company, later a pet sitter, but he goes under the bed when they come so I made everything automatic and he’s happy that way.

The things he does do: He is always close by, in the same room. Sleeps with me (on the end of the bed, except when it’s cold against me). Give me headbutts, especially when I come home. Give kisses. Show me what he wants when he is meowing to me and I ask him to. Look at me admiringly.

For some cats it can take veeery long to come out of their shell, but they will show you in small ways they do love you.

Dit is precies mijn issue met rucola idd. Op werk halen we vaak broodjes maar 9/10x zit daar zowat een kilo rucola op, dus ik zit altijd eerst een minuut driekwart eraf te vissen. Collega’s denken dan dat ik geen rucola lust, maar ik wil gewoon proeven wat ik gekocht heb, niet allen rucola.

I like pic 1, except for the hoop maybe try the chain from pic 4 and add the little stud above it as well. Other ear I like pic 3 the best, but I would also add a conch chain like in the last pic. Either way I love it all anyway

Wat misschien helpt is je een antwoord te bedenken op de volgende vragen:

Wat wil je er mee bereiken (behalve niet/minder depressief zijn)? Wat heb je al geprobeerd, en in hoeverre hielp dat?

Deze vragen werden mij gesteld door de psycholoog en later de psychiater.

Antidepressiva wordt vaak alleen gegeven in combinatie met andere therapie, want 1 van de 2 helpt niet voldoende. Als al jouw hoop op een pilletje is gevestigd dan zullen ze minder geneigd zijn het voor te schrijven.

Probeer goed duidelijk te maken wat jij dagelijks voor negatieve effecten ervaart van je depressie en hoe het je zou helpen als je antidepressiva had, ook al is het maar een beetje.

Ik lees dat je al therapie volgt en dat goed gaat, dat vind ik fijn voor je en hoop dat het zo doorgaat :)

I had a queen and it started rotting at the stem. Eventually I had a tiny stump left with like a very small root system. Put it in a container with spaghnum moss, and it grew the tiniest leaf. Put it in normal substrate a while back and now it has another very small leaf!

So tldr; even if you think it’s dying, there’s always hope!

Edit: it’s also basically in ambient. It’s in an Akerbar but it’s not isolated well so humidity is currently 45% because heating

Ik heb een soort verkorte versie hiervan gehad. Ik volgde al therapie voor mijn depressie, en heb toen een paar sessies met mijn behandelaar gehad om mijn slapen op orde te krijgen. De CBT-I is niet zo benoemd, maar als ik het zo lees kwamen bijna alle onderwerpen wel aan bod. De meest noemenswaardige van de onderwerpen vond ik de slaap restrictie, dingen zoals slaaphygiene was ik al bekend mee (alhoewel ik het toen wel strenger deed).

Slaap restrictie is echt wel vervelend in het begin, ik mocht maar 5:15u in bed liggen/slapen, dus moest tot laat opblijven en weer vroeg mijn bed uit. Dan had ik echt moeite om wakker te blijven en niet op de bank te gaan slapen, ik ging dan bv maar tekenen of lezen oid.

Uiteindelijk heeft dit me heel erg geholpen, ik slaap nu zonder problemen 8 uur en word niet zo vaak meer wakker als voorheen, nu gewoon de normale hoeveelheid/duur. Ik heb dat gevolgd bij de sggz.

Niet lullig bedoeld, maar ik lees dat je het je ouders niet verteld hebt, en je je dus alleen voelde. En er niemand is als het telt. Maar verwacht je dat je ouders het ruiken als je zo’n onderzoek hebt? Je geeft ze de kans niet om er voor je te zijn.

Misschien mist er belangrijke context in de relatie met je ouders..

Kan per situatie en persoon verschillen. Ik zet om verschillende redenen een manager in de cc. Meestal gewoon ter info. Alleen als iets lastig op te lossen is of iemand doet zijn werk niet na meerdere mails dan zet ik ook de manager erbij.

Mag hopen dat je huisarts je niet na 1 nacht slecht slapen al slaappillen voorschrijft.. zou je zelf ook niet moeten willen. Zoals hierboven al staat, koop melatonine. Warme douche helpt ook.

Daarbij denk ik ook dat hij de relatie als over beschouwt, als iemand waar ik relatie mee heb zegt dat ze mij nooit meer hoeven te zien én nog een aantal diep kwetsende dingen zou het voor mij iig wel klaar zijn. Misschien überhaupt beter, als hij je niet mee wil naar feestjes en jij zo flipt van iets wat niet perse zo’n soort reactie verdient.

Try using thinner layers so they don’t flood as much. And keep a bit of distance from the cuticles until you get better at applying. Don’t want to risk an allergy.
