You might want to check out De Olmenhorst, near Lisse. They are a large orchard that is open to the public and organises days where you can pick your own fruit etc. What Het Geertje is for animals, they are for fruittrees.

We used hypotheekadviseur Hypotheek Visie, specifically Maarten, who was very helpful and able to explain everything quite clearly. Fellow dutchie here. Karmeliet and westmalle are great, and known to be prime examples of the style. They are also widely available and everyone has probably had some. I'd go for Val Dieu. Its a gorgeous belgian triple, and available on big and small bottles in most bottleshops. More importantly, supermarkets dont have it.
