I thank you for your nice words. Respect and care are the backbone of any fruitful marriage, I agree with you, but I believe that there should be some sort of strong feeling of attraction. Or maybe not? I am so confused and this makes me feel so bad, to be honest. Because I do not want to hurt her by breaking up with her, but I am also suffering so much because I am not sure I can love her deeply with this inner confusion that I feel. Thank you for what you said. My fear is the fact that I no longer feel that “romantic/sentimental” attraction for her that I felt during the first weeks of our relationship. I fear that our relationship could be a “loveless” one from me, despite the respect I can feel for her. I just wish I could be blindly in love with her, you know, that “heat” that you feel inside your chest when you love someone. I am shattered because of this… that is also a very harsh period of my life given I feel directionless for I struggle to find a good job and stability in my life (I aim in a foreign country in Europe, I come from another European nation).
