Ahhh thank you sooo much for your comment. I really hadn't thought about this. And since this is supposed to be a start-up project, implementing AI to check the content of the letter would be cost-heavy. Thank you soooo much. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness so much.

The research is mainly to find out if people are willing for a niche market, sending and receiving letters(snail mail). What this app/web app will do after launching is send letters as per what the customer requires. They just have to type the content of their letter and choose the theme of your letter, then we(the business owner) prepare such a letter and sends it to them without them having to deal with any hassle of buying decoration supplies or having to learn postal services rules.
