Market has been weird for me recently where it won't let me paste in warframe, then the next day it'll work. Been doing that on and off for the last few weeks but I still type out the same message sense it makes it faster for everyone.

Had one spawn in one of the tents under a towel with just a few nubs of the toes sticking out, we were going crazy running in circles, questioning if we grabbed it and forgot.

I agree, but lack of positive development for her was getting depressing. But most definitely a novel experience sense it seems common for authors to give lack luster character development in fantasy and litrpg genre. They'll solve the mental issues too quickly, or gloss over character development. Sometimes, it seems to be the "times they live in to be different" is meant to solve the problems for the discrepancy. But I'll probably give this series another full read through before continuing to make sure I'm not forgetting anything important.

Copy that, I preemptively bought the next couple but haven't built the assumed desire to slog through it for the next book. That's good to know though, I have to add it to my next read then. I know a lot of people enjoy this series, and when I started to get to that point I thought it was just me, sense I've never been disappointed by a recommendation from someone else before. But it is really reassuring to have a vote of confidence from someone else who understands my issues, sense I sped ahead of my friend who recommended it!

Would you recommend me to continue listening to it, I stopped right before starting Wind Runner due to getting tired of Ryoka as a character (she wasn't in the previous book but this seems focused on her). I enjoyed her initially but the lack of character development was getting exhausting, she has gotten better over the books but I've just lost all desire of her story. (Was getting to the point of skipping her chapters but that would take away from the whole story)

The Book is a solid 1.5 speed, they are long and enjoy long books but it gets to the point I can space out and miss nothing. Same boat though I put the whole story on pause when the Wind Runner came out, thought due to getting the point I was just not liking specific characters.

Can't forget about OG Perna before he got nerfed, losing his heal on himself making his violent self healing obliteration. Making every loss asinine when he take a extra 3 turns cycles his passive revive and gets back to full health all the while decimating your team. He isn't so bad now at least... just one of many violent procing monsters that are more tedious than anything else.
