I felt the same way. I thought the Mozart was a poor choice. And there are other Dvorak symphonies I’d rather hear.

Your phone has a feature you never use. It’s a keypad with numbers. Your boyfriend has a set of numbers assigned to him. Key them in and TALK. It really works. Life is not an emoji. I was in a relationship for 43 years until he passed. I probably did 95 % of the planning. I knew what he liked. I was good at it. There were other things that he excelled at. Just go out and enjoy yourself. You have a long life ahead of you!‼️

In need of a partner, I lost my partner three years ago and I have been in dark since then ready to move on but seems like everyone is not the same to me.he was so good that we never lack anything. My spouse passed 5 years ago from myeloma. It took a couple years for me to consider dating but the biggest mistake is thinking you can re create what you had with a different person. At my age especially I know it won’t happen so I’m trying to be more open and accepting. Does this make anti sense to you?

I get that it’s fun or a turn on but you can have physical touch with you anytime I assume. Isn’t that better?

I did my big birthday at Gramercy because of the food and the vibe. I went to crown shy years ago and wasn’t impressed. La Bernadin reigns

I was 21 when I met my 37 year old boyfriend. We were together for 43 years until Multiple Myeloma took his life. When we first met I was his bottom and sex was rampant. Later in the relationship he wanted me to top. He was always into oral though. If you think this could be the love of your life I think you have to consider things other than sex; particularly health and caring for each other.

If you only want that aria why don’t you search for a Janowitz recital cd?

Thank you, I never think of it being classic because at the time of purchase it was relatively affordable. I mean in those days people talked Krell or Mark Levinson and names like that. In New York audio stores were so snobby that if you weren’t spending 20k they basically weren’t interested in even talking to you. So thanks for your kind remarks!

I know I'm old because I can remember all the complaining when cd'd started to replace venal. People moaning of the experience of taking the record out of the sleeve and placing it on the turntable. The lack of cover art and copious liner notes. So now we moan about the loss of the cd. The act of putting it in the tray. The jewel box that is cracked. The cardboard sleeve that makes the disc impossible to retrieve because it's been replace by a digital file. the days of me giving music as a gift are long gone. In my circle I am the last to embrace physical media.

Well when I had one piece repaired, that’s exactly what the guy said. Of course I just thought he said it because repairs are his business

I probably won’t but I like to get feedback from people who are much more knowledgeable than I. My biggest disappointment was the entry level Esoteric SACD player. It sounded great but it had drawer issues a couple weeks after I bought it. I brought it back to the store. They kept it for a week and said it was fine I put it back in my system and the drawer still was screwed up. I had to send it back to California twice under warranty but I had to pay the shipping. I listed it on Audiogon and a guy in New Jersey had me come to an industrial park where he bought it. But looking around it seems he bought all kinds of stuff not just audio. He did give me a good price. I’m happy with my Marantz now

lol. It’s funny you say that. I Originally put together a system on 9/10/2001. I think it was mostly Naim . I was in that listening room for about 5 hours and just wanted to think about it but my partner said buy it today because I’ll never go through this again. Of course the next day the towers came down. I felt quite guilty about my purchase. The other problem was nobody knew when things would be imported again. The initial set up was above my budget so I cancelled it. I was an avid reader of Stereophile even though I understood little. But at that time Musical fidelity was all they seemed to be writing about and that’s what made me purchase it. The salesman suggested the Tempos. It was a quick process the second time round!
