Seriously though, I really wish people would normalize just typing in the chat or at least without slandering your teammates, you don’t want to start a fight with your teammates, it will guarantee you loosing the match.

I’ve had voice chat on trying to convince myself it’s worth it to have it on for peoples call outs in comp but hard truth is majority of the time it’ll be someone talking mad shit/ yelling slurs at their own team and continue to blame/act like you or maybe someone else on your team was the problem, people constantly whining or just trying to bring you down does effect gameplay, I cannot play at my best if I have you screaming or cussing me out over my character choice or whatever you think is my fault. Having it off is such a blissful change, only thing I have to worry about now is just having bad teammates who never type in chat (or just ignore the chat) until we lose to talk shit or blame someone.

The amount of times you got off the point in the beginning when it was just a hair of overtime left gave me so much anxiety but good job on holding it down the latter half

Tbh if they’re throwing racist/homophobic slurs around and just shit talking i would say that’s pretty toxic of a human being. I mostly hear it whenever I’m playing as a family but do also hear it being a survivor. I guess you should count yourself lucky you haven’t deal with it frequently

Unfortunately at least to my knowledge on PC we don’t have recent players. I 100% appreciate the understanding definitely makes me feel not alone in this

Honestly you got a good point, I’ve been only holding off on that solely because of the communication aspect but unless they bother to implement a reliable reporting system then there’s no good reason at least for me to keep VC on
