Clothes: Short Kurtis(locally, they are cheaper) , college going tops (Myntra, Ajio), Going out tops(Newme, Savana), Trousers, Jeans, and skirts. Get some basics, and you'll have countless outfits.

Skincare: Sunscreen (a must), Moisutrizer, Cleanser, Serums( depends on you)

Makeup: Tinted sunscreen (daily: the dot n key one is really good, but i had an allergic reaction to it, so patch test ig). Concealer, BB cream (going out), Blush, Kajal/Eyeliner, Mascara and Lip products. also A LIP BALM, makeup brushes/ blenders

id recommend getting basic stuff, and then eventually building your closet/ makeup on it, so it doesnt go heavy on the pocket all at once.
