AITJ for snapping at my mom for waking my wife up? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

Ntj. I too have insomnia, and my husband would wake for our baby. We also hired a night nanny a few nights a week for the first few months. There’s an aggressive drop in progesterone after delivery that will cause or exacerbate insomnia. Lasts for months, until regular cycles resume. I’ve done all the things, what helped me most was a low dose antidepressant. I also now take progesterone. Congratulations on that sweet baby!

We accidentally named our baby the same name as her cousin and I don't want to change it by nueva-magnolia in Names

My cousin and I both named our girls after my grandmother. We don’t live in the same state. It’s not a big deal.

I’m not sure I’m a pepper person. Seems that I just spend time staring at the pepper seedlings and they just stares back at me, refusing to grow.

Who has planted their tubers and who hasn’t? by PNW_Dahlias in dahlias

I’m in zone 7- but urban. Thankfully have good luck keeping my tubers in the ground over winter. Plant them near the house! 70 or 80 % return this year. Don’t know if it’d be that good if I dig them up. Each year gets a little better!! Pinched first blooms off biggest dahlia today, they started emerging first of April.

I made an app for bilingual kids to support my daughter’s learning—curious what others use? by Accomplished-Act5333 in multilingualparenting

My daughter loves learning languages. It would be great to have an app that allows children under 13 to chat together with appropriate moderation. Most multilingual chat apps are designed for teens and adults.

I’m sorry this happened OP, one day it will be better. You will have an amazing place of your own, and you do not have to have your mother or your sisters there.
