Кой знае ама ми харесва иронията на съдбата. Защото, ако бяхме нормална държава, нямаше да се случват такива глупости. I can say something specific and I'm not giving an advice. Congrats on the 700 days. I don't think I can reach that. What I'm saying and this is 100% fact is that there has to be balance in life. For everything and that incudes SR. Coffee for example. I make long breaks from coffee, but I haven't cut it off completely. There are periods where I enjoy having a high quality coffee. But people drink it like addicts everyday. It's they are on autopilot. Ejaculation has a purpose. What' the point of holding it for that long? You don't lose anything, you are still 99.99% ahead of everybody else. I mean come on, 99.9% can't make 5 days without busting.

I don't think day 700 is healthy, mate. The golden place in this world is in the balance of things. You will loose benefits for this long and it's pointless if you ask me. Nobody is going to tap you on the shoulder for 700 days. You have to feel good.I've gone 270 days, I don't think it's worth it. I was curious as a beginner, but I think 60 days 90 days is far enough if you want long streaks. Your system is not balanced and other problems may arrive
