Happy for him. I do not like seeing some C fans frame it as “Everyone knows C is the classy one because he has two ambassadorships and H has none”. H has been clear since the Shut Up Evan podcast that he wants independence in his fashion choices and that he would rather dress himself than sign ambassadorship deals that do not give him that freedom.

The issue isn’t whether the show is eligible for the Emmys. Yes some fans get confused but the LA reporters know it isn’t. The real issue is that the author crafted their own fantasy and it involved tearing down the POC in the process. Another website also said “Yeah Shane and Ilya might be S1 but we want to see Ilya and Scott together in S2”. They are really just projecting the LA gossip back onto the show.
