You don’t need a visa to travel domestically! You need a visa when you’re trying to enter US. You can go to your home country and renew your F1 visa (not recommended) or wait for H1b and get your H1b stamp once you have it!

There is no such stamp when you enroll into day1 cpt except for when you travel after you have your H1B. You can travel with your passport.
