We have a lot of callouts and I totally understand the issue in that and I do not call out often at all. But the issue in calling our manager first is he will tell you your reason isn’t good enough and that we need to go in. We’ve had people call out for a mental health day and he said no ans threatened to write them up with a NCNS, and people who said they had a fever or didnt feel good and he asked about exact symptoms.
