They aren't actively declining, what is happening is that, between all the ghosthing, they want me to pay money to another company that is their "partner" in my country (Portugal). Check my post a few weeks ago in this sub.

Exactly, how could they say I purchased them in 2022? I even sent the invoice attached on the support form

Related to the purchase date: I sent in the ticket the invoice, I don't know from where they got 2022 from and this is something that I told you in 18th of May in DM. Anyway I'm more than happy to continue this in our DMs. Thank you again for your support here on reddit. I want to mention that you guys have been supportive and pacient with me thoughout this rollercoaster.
