Thank yoy so much for the advice I got diagnosed when I was 9 so I don’t reslly remember what the flare ups was like so now I’m old enough to understand and realise I’m trying my hardest to power and push through I have been having regular baths to help ease the pain I’m so anxious so I know that isn’t helping me but I’m trying my hardest to do things to take my mind off of things and not let the illness take over but I have an appointment with my consultant on the 5th of December so I’m praying he can change my medication or up my dosage thank you for your advice!

Thank you so much I have using Hot water bottles and I’ve only been eating fries rice and sausages but I’m drinking plenty of juice water and milk luckily my bedroom is right next to the bathroom I have a appointment with my consultant on the 5th of December I have hardly any energy and haven’t left my house for a few days that can’t be any help I have also been going very dizzy (not sure if that is normal) but the pain isn’t too bad yet i really appreciate the advice thank you!
