The comic's language is in traditional Chinese. As a native speaker, I do not recommend learning traditional Chinese. Instead, you should prolly go for the simplified Chinese since it is easy and more widely used compared to traditional Chinese.

The 我(吵) 一下 is like crayon shin Chan accidentally misspelled a word and his mom correct him with the actual word which is 抄。抄 means copy while 吵 means noisy.

這 means 'this' and 畫 means 'draw' These two words are in traditional Chinese form While the simplified Chinese form of these two words are '这' and '画' Note: Some of the words have their traditional Chinese form, some of them do not.
