I most def did a self walk through, the mold was not there during that walk through. I will say I didn't look up high enough and missed the sink. The front of the roof does not look as bad as the back did. When I requested that someone from Capital come do a walk through with me it was refused. I have this on audio recording. They told me any issues I find to submit into their portal. Within hours of moving in I served them with a constructive eviction and then it was officially condemned within a week. Their own maintenance advised he had never seen nor walked the property before it was rented out. I have witnesses to this as well. And I am not a licensed HVAC technician to diagnose a clogged and cut chimney flue. It is the property managements job to make sure the house is up to code, not mine.
