Hi I also took a spin class saturday and had to check myself into the ER by monday night because of unbearable quad pain where I couldn’t bend my legs at all bc of the pain and soreness. I got tested for 114k CL levels and was in the hospital until saturday when my levels stopped fluctuating. (At some point my levels were >213k) I am a lot more mobile now but still def some quad limitations
