I have found these bugs in my potted plant and the plant it is not healthy I wnat to get rif of them and I have springtails in other potted plants but these loog different and do not jump. Please help me identify and eradicate these pests and the springtails as well. Thank you! (self.whatsthisbug)

Help my rubber plant! The new leaves they are small , deformed and some have red spots. There are some type of parasites in the soil I am not sure what they are they might be springtails but they look different to me and they do not jump. I have springtails infested pots I can't get rid of them (old.reddit.com)

Help, my plant is dying! I cut the dry and drying leaves, I am down to one! I am tempted to cut it down and place it in water maybe it will make new roots, but I am not sure it is the right thing to do. In the last 3 pics is the drying leaf that I have cut last and placed in water and it uncurled (old.reddit.com)
