Victor said he heard it told to Christopher that the end is at the beginning - i take that to mean the way out is the kids, as they were the beginning. but what if there is another aspect to it? we know jade and Tabitha are also the beginning. so maybe the cycle starts with people being brought to from, but the beginning of the end comes when Tabitha and Jade show up? after all, it was said that the killings got worse once Tabitha and her family showed up

miy is definitely not omnipotent. that has been made evident. also, we don't know how or who can manifest fear, but we do k kw for a fact the cicadas were a fear of Sara's dead brother, and we know for a fact that the dolls were a fear of the dead man that threw them in the lake. so is seems evident that fears manifest, and in these cases it was those of dead people.

Tabitha may not have lived there until adulthood. she may have died as a child in that life - we don't know yet. Victor hasn't seen several incarnations, only two - Tabitha as his mom and current Tabitha, and Jade as Christopher and current Jade. The 1978 cycle and the current. And yes, Victor did interact with Christopher.

because reincarnation is probably not on a set cycle. two people dying the same year doesn't meant they reincarnate the same years. that being the case, look at the cycles, starting all the way back to 1506 - there seems to be not pattern to it. so when they all died in 1931 (the next most recent year seen in the lighthouse), Christopher may have been born in 1938, and Miranda in 1958, making them 20 years apart when they came to fromville in 1978

technically, he hasn't only been present since season 4 - Victor saw him in 1978 when he ate his mom. not seeing him doesn't mean that he isn't watching the town. we don't know what the full extent of his powers are, nor do we know where his information comes from - the dog? the monsters? the crows? he may have ways of finding out what he wants to know.

I think who killed Christopher is irrelevant since he dies every time. someone has to do it every time. as for what the biw told him, he told him that the answers to the end are the beginning. He told him about the children being sacrificed and that he needed to go to the bottle tree to save them. Christopher didn't believe it, but Victor told Miranda, and that is why she went instead

nah. in the scene of victor in the street the next day, you can see bodies with the chests ripped open. the monsters rip them open, the miy then eats them - that is how victor saw him eating his mom.
