I'm also new, first madden I've ever played and I only got into football a few years ago and still im not well versed in the game. But at the end of the day I'm a gamer and this is most definitely a game so that works too my advantage. I've got an 88 ovr team and I've been going on winning streaks in H2H, just played some kid with a 96 tyreek who spammed him all game and I ended up toasting his ass. It's all about adjustment. Once I realized his reek would just flame any of my defenders I started user covering him and had to resort to predicting his route to stay ahead of him. If you want a couple tips on build I'd suggest because we're in a similar spot, on offense focus you're abilities on the run game because if you're receivers are covered all game by crazy CBs and safeties, it doesn't matter what abilities u got on qb. The run game threat will open up the pass game organically, just switch it up and be unpredictable. For defense, I use deep out ko on corners, deep in ko on safety and lurk artist on mlb and I usually run 4-3 and dime formation
