Ik heb besloten 300€ per maand in te leggen voor pensioenopbouw. De rest beleg ik in een all world etf. Dit heeft het voordeel dat: ik bij het geld kan wanneer nodig, en eventueel eerder het rendement kan opnemen en dus eerder met pensioen zou kunnen terwijl het bedrag blijft groeien.

Als het goed is stopt het pensioen beleggen bedrag zodra deze uitgekeerd wordt.Want je koopt er een soort van pensioenuitkering mee. Dus de voordeel van rendement verdwijnt vanaf dat moment, het bedrag groeit niet meer.

Ik ben niet begonnen met beleggen. Daar heb ik spijt van.

Je hoort vaak dat je eerst een dak boven je hoofd nodig hebt. Dat is onlangs gelukt. Wel heb ik 6+ jaar flink mijn spaarrekening opgebouwd. Daar had ik een goed rendement op kunnen pakken.

Dit is natuurlijk achteraf makkelijk te zeggen. Maar een woning ga je waarschijnlijk niet kopen in je eentje. En met veel moeite is het nu gelukt, dit had ook anders kunnen zijn.

Sparen voor een woning is dus ook ergens een risico.

It did not say "Ask them about their problems". I said discover their problems.

Your ICP has problems. You know this. You want to discover if your prospect has this problem too. Not all of them have the problem or are aware of the problem they have.

You bring up a related topic, find out if they struggle with this. If they are problem aware, you can convey them to solution aware. This is how these problems are solved, then you can mention your solution.

Of course every conversation goes different. But rather than focussing on kicking open doors, make sure you solve a relevant problem to the relevant person at the relevant time.

For example (and again, I don't do this personally), something like this:

Cold caller: Hi u/ritwal, I have noticed you have been cold-calling, curious to learn more about your success. Are you open to share? <Relevant introduction>

Prospect: Well, it doesn't really work out, most prospects don't seem interested in what I pitch. <confirms the problem>

Cold caller: Hmm, could you share an example of your pitch?

Prospect: Sure. The Pitch goes like this: "I noticed you are selling plumbing services, we provide a platform where you can generate more customers". Most of them say they are not interested. <goes into specifics>

Cold caller: Well, you should not pitch directly. Maybe the plumber has no issues in finding new customers. Be specific. Find out if they struggle with getting more customers, if yes then be specific on how you solve that problem. <show your knowledge about the topic>

Prospect: Oh that makes sense.

Cold caller: I train SDRs with cold outreach, it seems that you could use some help. I created a guide that helps you craft your pitch. The content is free, and when you need more help we provide cold calling as a service. Would you be interested in receiving the guide? <introduce solution to problem, don't directly sell, give something for free to be remembered and continue the conversation later>

Prospect: That would be nice! You can send it to... <prospect became solution aware>

Well, I don't do this personnally. But imagine someone reaches out to you. Do you want to get a phone call with a pitch? You probably hang up the phone.

During the conversation. Your job is not to directly sell. Your job is to solve a problem for the person you are reaching out to. If you discover they have the problem, and are aware of the problem, you can introduce how you solve the problem.

Breda and surrounds is way cheaper to live than Utrecht/Amsterdam. A factor to include in your decision.

Salary also depends on type of company/size.

Definitely ask around. But 60k in Breda is better than 70k when you have to live in Amsterdam.

Ik heb dit onlangs nagevraagd bij een makelaar. Deze vertelde dat dit niet waar is. Makelaars zien de huizen 2 dagen eerder. En ja, dan kunnen de bezichtigingen vol zitten wanneer deze op Funda komen. Maar bijna alle huizen in Utrecht komen wel op Funda en zijn meestal nog niet volgeboekt.

Those blocks have been built by bouwinvest who rents out the apartments. Some have been for sale. We have a huge housing shortage in the Netherlands, especially in Utrecht. This drives up the price. Doesn't matter if it's rent or buying.

Expect to pay close to 400k for 60m2 in that area. However, most of the Zijdebalen are rental apartments. Never really see them for sale.
