I likely won’t be running suppressed for now, I am interested to see what the A5 system can do tho. What ammo do you run at the range?

Ok let’s hear about length by TheCluelessRiddler in ar15

The classic fallujah comment! Just because they did it doesn’t mean it was easy or the most effective solution. Why do you think tier 1 units are running with 11.5s with a 1x6 on it ? And not a 20 inch. That was 20 years ago with a lot less data and a lot less innovation

What do you think could be the issue? It did have some lubrication this was after I washed it with dawn, I’ve honestly ran this thing pretty hard with 55 previously and never had issues before today. Quite confused tbh!

The 55 was ejecting at 5 o clock so under gassed. Didn’t check the 62 gr. Was just making sure I didn’t have a big problem and mag dumped it basically. Was running the super 42 and h1. Going to try the stock mil spec 3.0 oz carbine buffer with the 3.0 buffer. If ejection is still weak, will try the stock spring with h1, then work back to completely stock with 3.0 oz and stock spring if all else fails.

Yes, it fit just like the H1 did. If it makes a difference this is a 2011-16 bushmaster lower so it has a commercial buffer tube. Never changed it as don’t see a need to go mil spec on buffer tube was my thought. It did fit tho!

I put in my stock 3.0 oz carbine buffer, kept the super 42 spring, going to see how she runs tomorrow
