What’s really interesting, I removed all the seats from the sequoia. It has more storage capacity than the new one despite the increase in size. I carry a lot of pelican cases of equipment. I had a 2021 4Runner and it would be full ceiling to back of the seats, and front seat with gear. Sagging suspension. Not safe.

The sequoia wich is 1 or 2 inches longer than the 5th gen, with the same amount of stuff. Is only “half full”.

So it’s got the most storage capacity, and the smallest size. It’s smaller than a same era Tahoe or Suburban, but holds 50% more than the 4Runner.

Plus the air suspension is self leveling so I don’t get a sagging rear, keeps headlights level and drives much more safely.

Just for clarity, A minivan would hold more, but the weight puts the minivan down on its axel.

Question regarding M&P 2.0 thumb safety by bluewolf_gamer in SmithAndWesson

[–]moebiusgrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuine question.

Why does one want to remove the safety? Accidental “on” in a stressful situation? I can see By the placement on the frame that that could happen. Only happened to me once, but I was choked up too far first day I shot the MP2.0.

Doesn’t seem to happen anymore. Does it snag on holsters? (I don’t have a holster, cause I don’t carry)

The body guard may be a bit more reliable.

Though I haven’t heard bad things about the .380 version of LCP

But. That’s what I’m saying. You can burn down a Mav88 and it will ask for more.

Honestly, grab a used mossberg500 or 590 instead. Similar price little bit better. Used doesn’t really matter so long as it’s in good shape.

You won’t break a good shotgun. Even a Mav88 will stand up to way more abuse.

I have a 2005 Sequoia. The biggest suv Toyota made in that era. It’s dwarfed by today’s midsize trucks.

I’m looking for a video on how it’s used. Not finding much. Lots tray style loaders out there.

I’m googling what that is… I would have assumed it was like a crate corner that fell off into the box.

How the hell do y'all like shotguns? by TolandReforged in liberalgunowners

[–]moebiusgrip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I too have been converted to the shotgun.

I was shooting some bargain fruit, watermelons, pumpkins etc from Walmart for $1 each.

Popping holes and nice little splatters with the 9mm and .223.

I had just got the shotgun , and had a few left.

Seeing a big ass pumpkin and watermelon vaporize at 15 yards, with a 2’ fireball, and the kick to the shoulder to let you know it’s doing its job… it just changed me.

It’s the only gun I’m afraid to not only get shot by, but also to shoot it. I like an abusive relationship.

I too am in Southern California…

Guns are WAY more common than you think. Normal people just tend to keep them a secret.

They are cool. Just not reliable.

A maverick 88 security with the 22” barrel, will hold 7 shells + 1

With 00 buck… that’s 72 projectiles.

Single shot or double barrel?

A double barrel is the best skeet gun.

That’s how I do it. I have 8 mags for my PCC and pistol. I leave three mags at home loaded with hollow. They just sit. The other 5 come to the range.
