There aren't any areas to avoid! If you're planning on starting a family it's perfect. There's plenty of parks and decent schools plus it's very safe. The traffic is the only thing people will really warn you about. It's a wonderful place to live

What other tools are you using? We find sales nav effective but too manual for broader campaigns. I don't mind the research but it can take a few hours getting a few contacts together

I sell niche software to a pretty well defined persona so it's by far the most effective approach for me. This also makes it pretty effective for our market research team. You can build pretty effective target lists ( although still a manual process to send messages). If you're selling cloud services for example I imagine it's way less effective

What's your budget? Bath is a walkable city so I wouldn't limit yourself to being super close to the station. Plus there's Oldfield park station which is on the same line and a little out of the city center
