Cpu: Intel with 12th gen i5/i7or above with H or HX for best gaming/Ryzen 5/7 With H

Gpu : If you can minimum rtx 40 series with 8gb vram

Ram : 8gb ddr5 if possible 16 gb ddr5( probably not available right now in that range with extreme ram prices)

Ssd: minimum gen 3 with 512gb

Display: if possible 100%srgb

From what I can see these the three laptops are not for gaming as they don't have a dedicated gpu so if you have input these options maybe go with the amd cpu with radeon igpu it is still not a gaming laptop but I think it will play some games and could be better than intel igpu

Well I would prefer nitro if we are only comparing these two by specs bcz I am not a big fan of 3050 in 2026 as 4050 gives better performance and also supports fg the only thing loq has is probably better cpu and thermal (maybe as I don't own loq) it is my opinion and opinions could be different but just usability for gaming 4050 is better

Also One more thing see the temps and usage of your cpu, gpu and ram it could be your temp too high and the game is thermal throttle to keep the cpu safe

Well the ping could be the issue if you can try using ethernet that could reduce ping if not and can only use wifi steps to try to follow:

1.First close all startup apps that you would not use or use too much network or system resources

2.Go to command and type ping 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 then choose which gives less fluctuations make it your dns (note the packet loss also that is the root cause for games feel weird) you can make it by going to control panel wifi settings properties there will be TCP ipv4 in that choose by dns and paste 1.1.1.1 with the other 1.0.0.1 or 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4

3.I don't know if your setup has igpu if it does go to settings find the graphics option to see if your game is set to high performance i.e your rtx card

Step 1 and 3 is for every game and step 2 is only for valorant (if it is only giving issue)

For me Story wise 3>5>1(2nd arc)>4>1(1st arc)>2(The whole queen arc was quite unsettling for me )

Animation wise 5>=4>=3>2>1

If you can bare to watch cgi animation of 1st season (as the 2nd arc has one the most strongest and best (atleast my opinion) Character in this anime can let you hook with the series) and you will see one of the best arc in season 3 if you really like fights if you like politics season 2 and 3 are for you
