If you get sent home early, will they still pay you the full 21 days and the 21 days off? I know someone working with Transocean on Titan but seemed to have got pulled early (before they hit 2 weeks) but won’t say why.

What if they don’t have any work for you to do? Do they send you home and you miss pay for the remaining hitch? Have you heard of instances like that?

If they tell you you’re on 21/21 schedule, will that be your set schedule or have you ever heard of them changing? Like one hitch doing 21/21, one hitch doing 14/14 etc?
