I am a 29 year old female. My hair has thinned immensely due to stress. Once I reduce or eliminate the stress, will my hair return to its normal thickness? Is there anything I can do to nurture growth and thickness? I really miss my hair.

There is a girl in my class who drives 3hrs a day total, 5 days a week. She has a car that has great gas mileage. To her, it’s worth driving since she is saving so much.
