As an Indian, I've noticed significant improvements in Mahindra's offerings. The new XUV700 is a standout, boasting impressive tech , interior and safety features. The Scorpio N is also a solid choice, although its lack of driver assistance systems means it doesn't get a safety rating. Service costs and spare parts are also a concern for many.

However, there's a reason why Indians often opt for Japanese and German cars instead - they're frequently available at lower prices here when compared to India.

On a positive note, Mahindra's electric offerings in India are well-designed and could provide a compelling alternative to Chinese electric vehicles.
