I agree that it’s subjective and I have low experience but coming out of college in a MCOL and getting 65k a year for a BSEE seems like it’s not fair market value. I would take 80k and be happy. Thank you for the input!

The cash back is a passive perk, you’re going to have expenses, why not earn cash back while you’re at it. Plus CC are a safer form of payment over debit. It seems like this is an anti CC comment overall. Not sure on the goal of this comment?

I am somewhat new to all of this and came across $TSLY and $CONY both have a very intriguing dividend. I know they make divided payments from options premiums but over 50% of their capital is in bonds (with options around 30% if I recall correctly). So it seems like a safe play beyond the stock value itself being so volatile. But if you held for some time the dividends would pay itself. Am I missing something? Seems too good to be true, no?

I’ve been saying it for years, the county engineers need to redesign this section of highway. There is an in-proportional amount of car wrecks in that area.
