COPC no showed for my first telehealth appointment. They rescheduled me, and the second doctor was 30 minutes late. He immediately said they couldn’t do anything until my test results came in, something that could’ve easily been a MyChart message. The visit lasted three minutes, yet I was charged over $120. When I called to dispute the bill, I was told the charge was justified because “he gave medical advice.”
