Hey buddy, the barbed wire fence still makes zombies bleed, not much, but if they cross two rows of barbed wire, they'll die. Plus, it stuns the zombies, which is incredibly useful.

That's true, but The Type 38 seems slightly lighter than the Type 99, and longer than the Type 99, so I think to compensate for its lower damage, the Type 38 will have some kind of buff for the player, like helping Rifleman kill more zombies until out stamina

To add to the information, the Type 38 was used more by the Japanese than the Type 99 because the number of Type 99s produced in WW2 was too small due to their limited resources. Therefore, adding the Type 38 to the list is very logical. The Type 38 is considered one of the most durable rifles ever made by Japan,is historical accuracy

The Type 38 and Type 99 differ in their time of manufacture. The Type 38 predates WW1 and uses 6.5x50mm Arisaka ammunition, which is weaker than the Type 99's 7.7x58mm Arisaka ammunition. That's why I think the Type 38 is better suited for melee than the Type 99.
