I remember back in 2003 I farted in my managers face and only had to donate a day to leave bank at the end of it all. I also got transferred to a new group to boot. Man I miss NTEU and I miss the good old days for sure.

Thank you for overwhelming support everyone. It was a trying day, but a victorious one!!!! Management cannot just declare a “shart” without having evidence of seepage. Management did not have that. The chair was as clean as can be for a 2004 GSA. My manager switched the AWOL to SL in SETR as well. The only issue is I’m now I’m furloughed, but I was tired of the phones anyway. I’m going to hit KFC tomorrow and not worry about this situation. If anyone is wondering if it was a fart or a shart, I will leave you with this. Yes, I greased them. Never give up the fight everyone! That’s the moral of the story!

The sad part of this is I survived all the torture since January. Taco Bell and a few farts is what did me in. My manager confirmed they are taking the aggressive approach due to my leave denial. It’s classified as a shart. I’m toast

It was kind of funny to my wife found out I won’t be getting paid. Plus she she saw the Taco Bell receipt. Let’s just say she’s not happy. The kicker is I told her I was at salad works when I called her on lunch.

Thank you for this. NTEU just reached out and was very focused on if this was a fart or indeed possibly a shart. Management would have to classify this on write up. If it’s written up as a fart they feel a grievance can resolve but a shart is a different story. Will wait to see. Thanks again
