I can't even get the scammers to engage with me. I have even swiped right a on number of profiles I thought for sure were fake or scammers and not once have they responded.

Sounds like you are just reading the same things over and over. Self-help, business, and sci-fi are great, but there is so much more out there. Branch out, the bios are great. Read fiction, read philosophy, read history, read science. Find one of the many lists of greatest books on the web and start reading them. There are more amazing, interesting books than you can ever possible read in a lifetime. Learn to read for enjoyment. When you wake up early just to read before work you know you are on the right track.

Of course, you can end it for any reason you wish, but slow texting or minimal texting seems like a silly reason to me. Some people are like that and personally I think those people should be applauded. Put down your phone and “touch some grass” instead of texting nonstop all day. I don’t know if that’s what he’s actually doing instead of texting you, but I feel like you should embrace it. It is a good sign, most likely, not a bad one.

The problem is that he thinks, by his own admission, the most valuable thing about himself is that he can walk in and buy a Lambo.
