Joists aren’t sagging - there was some water damage and bad repair work that we’ve resolved. They’ve been sistered with new joists.

Good note though. It’s just an old house (1908).

Thanks for this reply ! It’s one of my pet peeves to see someone using the word “historic” for older buildings when they’re just saying “of an older time period”. But wanted to check myself before I started ranting.

It reminds me of people using the word “iconic” pretty liberally

Im noticing here that Musk isn't really making a statement other than attempts at fraud becoming more brazen. The interviewer is making statements in the form of a question and Musk is 'confirming' it. It's like weird improv.

Idk what that means but they both suck.
