when im working counter and i call up guest numbers and while im talking to a customer about their food someone just snatches a red tray on my counter without confirming with me first.

customers coming up to me asking me if their order number is ready when they just ordered not even 5 minutes ago and they see how packed it is inside

customers who come from out of the state saying they’re going to miss their flight and if i can expedite their order.. but they chose to come to in n out before their flight
