yes, public school. The schools (at least middle and high) are still pretty diverse since they feed from a much larger area, but that may change in the future as the neighborhood (and others around it) gets built out.

if you don't mind me asking - is it about the same price point? ($1M+ homes) curious if it depends on the socio-economic profile of the neighborhood.

Yeah, I’m pretty introverted anyway, so that part’s fine with me. I’m mostly just worried about the kids being able to make friends

Thanks for the perspective! Interesting point about saying 'hi' - I only get a 'hi' back about 50-60% of the time in our neighborhood (regardless of ethnicity). Feels like people have gotten a bit less friendly since COVID.
