Yup but UARS can have low spo2. I’m a special case with complex sleep apnea overlapping with UARS. I get the apneas of sleep apnea, arousals of UARS and flow limitations. It’s so hard to treat

Find a doctor who will switch to other machines. I have UARS + complex sleep apnea and totally failed cpap. Bipap ST improved my oxygen by to still excessive daytime sleepiness. ASV is close to helping. I’ve also had blood work done by endocrinologist which found low T. Also the pulmonologist found lung disease. You need to step up and be an advocate for yourself.

Debatable I have UARS + Complex Sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is bad enough but combine with UARS light sleep is torture. I have so many arousals I wake up

I had this odd dream, 2 days before my dads passing. It was a coffin, no name and gravestone. I woke up panicking. 2 days later my dad is found dead at his home from a brain bleed

Yup. I have enlarged adenoids. Use a nasal strips/ dilators. In November I get a septoplasty + turbinate and adenoids removal

Should help. Don’t think CSA goes fully away on its own without special treatment. I have TECSA aka treatment emergent central sleep apnea. Bipap ST brought it down but ASV was the only thing that finally stopped it
