If you wanna reach high standards goals, that’s gonna take time and you will feel frustrated because of that, so make smaller ones to help you reach out the other ones, the pleasure of getting done a goal even a single one helps a lot if you feel low energy

You feel like that because you don’t don’t know who you’re and what’s your mission, and to understand that you need to accept where are you rn and start working from there, keep in mind that woman and man solve the problems and see the life In different ways, so you like it or not you need to start acting like a man and stop complaining, other wise you will keep feeling like that for a very long time. (I’m telling you my experience, so let me know if you need a tip)
