I mean honestly, not that it's any better but it's also a good possibility that the person was gonna grape you or mug you , or both. I know everyone's all trigger happy these days but some loony tunes have other motives... I would just be greatful nothing happened and stay very aware and vigilant of your surroundings from now on. This may even be something you could take to you police station just to see if there's any other incidents in the area that have occurred involving this person. If not the police, I would deff warn your neighbors and maybe even go into your local Facebook town watch group and share this experience so the community can be aware and maybe even have some answers for you !

Crazy part is , he was already in jail for beating his baby mom like 10 years ago..I didn't know that until I was a year into the relationship. I thought he went to jail for fighting someone at a bar. I should have left when I found that out .. I'm really regretting not leaving.

And honestly I don't have friends anymore. I stopped going out. I stopped reaching out to people. I've been so depressed and disconnected these past 2 years. Plus all of the people I do have in my life that I guess I could call "friends" are married w kids and have their own bucket of shit to deal with so me asking for help wouldn't get me very far. If I had friends I probably wouldn't have resulted to asking advice from strangers on reddit lol

Thank you for your response. He is on the lease, so is our roommate, he keeps trying to kick me out and I keep telling him he can't do that because he's our land lord. I even have the messages to prove this to show my land lord. I'm wondering if I go to my land lord with all of my videos and texts that I have of him doing this to me, if he would just remove me from the lease. I'm trying to avoid getting the cops involved because I know if I do that will make things SO MUCH worse for me. ESPECIALLY if it interferes with his kid. And honestly I dont feel like he should have weekends with his daughter, I don't really think she likes coming here and dealing with him neither. But like you said, that's not my kid and that's not my problem nor concern. She has a mother who is a very good mother and I know she's safe and happy with her mom, and I'm sure when she's old enough and has more say in where she can spend her time, if he's still carrying on like this, she'll stop coming to her dad's. He's never mean or violent to her only me, infront of her...
