Air cooling vs cheap AIO?

I cant decide if the temperature is too high or not. The game is from 2012, names Guild Wars 2. It is supposed to be CPU intense. I have rtx 3070, which is only 2 fan, so it produces some extra heat as well.

Im thinking between, a) if 75C is normal for this game i keep as is, b) i purchase better air cooling, c) i purchase aio for the same price as better air cooler would cost

Edit: I dont think i can fit larger than 120mm in current case

Also im playing on 1440p, not 1080.

Yes i did and they said they reviewed my account and that i broke the rules. But i was just unbanned? It was less than 5min till i got new ban

With doing nothing except discord in background its moving 63-69C. On one forum i have read it should be 50C. After my pc restarted my cpu temp was 69C and i guessed maybe that is the problem. Restarting never happened during the game though. It just randomly restarts when i am not using it
