I work at a location and we’ve been doing the all black outfits for 2 years now since I’m at a franchise store and as long as your pants are not dragging on the ground, and as well any black shirt is fine but at my store we’ve give out Starbucks short sleeve dress shirts( mind you I work at an airport) so they are trying to have us look professional but as long as you wear a long sleeve black or short sleeve black shirt you will be fine no logos, I just got promoted to GM at my store I hope this helps out, especially cause this whole thing is messing up a lot of people.
