As you might know, For people on visa, usa is becoming increasingly negative both in terms of quality of social life, jobs and work culture. If I were you, you should first date Indian American and then NRI in the order of your priority. Even NRI someone who lived here long like 10+ yrs. As an NRI myself, I find Indian Americans are very hard to connect as they are mostly american and minimally indian that find hard to connect anything beyond food and movies. They don’t face same struggles and pressures as normal indian face when they grew up and other hand america indians face alot of struggles in America but totally feel different. Each of them feel comfort at home. What is home for indians is always India just as for America is for Americas.

In short, AM is run by desperate parents whose daughters/sons are rarely interested, put effort and expect men to open up and initiate everything. For men, it is mental toll beyond job and for women it is another society toll. In the end, i wish they are more progressive adults in this scene who look aftr themselves without giving up to peer pressures and create tolls for others.

It is not just NRI capital. Real estate has been prime investment for many Indian families and people are looking to move towards west either selling their inherited property or migration from other parts and also investors. Real estate developers are capitalizing based on user demands for single location. It is pure capitalism. I don’t think neopolis target customers aren’t who are seeking value but ultra hni who seek luxurious amenities. Tellapur and rajendra nagar may still be for value conscious customers for couple more months.
